PREHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Note:  Preheating operations should be conducted out side of the hangar.

1.  Pull preheater out of the hangar.

2.  Put hose in air intake, using notched sponge to hold hose, place second sponge in the other side.

3. Slowly open fuel tank valve all the way.

result in a fire or at the worst, an explosion.

5.  Depress red button above gage and hold down.  Gage should read between 5 to 6 psi.  To increase
pressure and heat, turn the large red regulator knob clockwise.  Do not exceed 10 psi.

6.  Push large red igniter button on the left while holding the red regulator button down until lit.
      (4 to 5 seconds)

7.  At 0 degrees, plan on 15 minutes for a good preheat.

8.  To shut down,  turn fuel tank valve off completely.  Turn off fan after 10 to 15 seconds of cool down
      time.

9.  Return the preheater to where you found it with all parts attached, ready for the next preheat job.
